- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with flatbread or rice.
