Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
