These turmeric roasted cauliflower steaks are seasoned to perfection and roasted until golden brown. A delicious and healthy side dish or main course!

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the head intact.
- Slice the cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the turmeric oil mixture.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice or zest before serving.
- Feel free to use other spices like cumin or curry powder for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
