Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  5. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, green onions, salt, and pepper to the potato insides and mix well.
  6. Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
  7. Place the filled potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with extra cheese.
  8. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
