- 1 1/2 cups crushed shortbread cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped Twix bars
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread half the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
- Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with chopped Twix bars and chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use a food processor to crush cookies evenly.
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours to set properly.
