A delicious fusion of Greek tzatziki sauce and chicken on a crispy pizza crust.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, feta cheese, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Add olives or cucumbers for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
