Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle fries with feta and parsley.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce and fries.
