Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt half the butter in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in a pan, add cheese and scrambled eggs, then top with the second slice butter-side up.
- Grill over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
