Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt half the butter in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked.
  3. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  4. Place one slice butter-side down in a pan, add cheese and scrambled eggs, then top with the second slice butter-side up.
  5. Grill over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
