Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries – 1 pound
- Dark chocolate – 8 ounces
- White chocolate – 4 ounces
- Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl in the same manner.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over dark chocolate-covered strawberries for decoration.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Do not let water touch the chocolate while melting.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
