Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
