Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add flour, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Melt butter and add to the mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh strawberries.
Notes
- For a sweeter dish, add powdered sugar on top.
- You can substitute strawberries with other berries.
- Serve with maple syrup for added flavor.
