- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet or on the grill.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook asparagus for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve steaks with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
- Drizzle red wine reduction over the steaks if desired.

- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
- You can substitute asparagus with your favorite vegetable.
