- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken breasts on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach around the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
