Description
A romantic dinner for two at home to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 cups of asparagus
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- 1 cup of red wine
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic.
- Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes; sauté for 5 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with red wine and reduce for 2 minutes.
- Add butter to the sauce and stir.
- Plate the steaks with vegetables and drizzle with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
