Ingredients

  • 2 cups of asparagus
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic.
  6. Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes; sauté for 5 minutes.
  7. Deglaze the pan with red wine and reduce for 2 minutes.
  8. Add butter to the sauce and stir.
  9. Plate the steaks with vegetables and drizzle with the sauce.
  10. Serve immediately.
