Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Add garlic, butter, and rosemary to the skillet.
  5. Baste steaks with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Remove steaks and let rest.
  7. In another pan, sauté asparagus with lemon juice for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve steaks with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
