Ingredients

- 2 steaks (8 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté asparagus until tender.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the asparagus.
- Serve the steak with asparagus on the side.
