- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
