- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
