A unique blend of vampire and licorice flavors in a cookie.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup licorice extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  4. Add egg and licorice extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool before serving.
