Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 200g dark chocolate (vegan)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Blend avocados until smooth.
- Mix melted chocolate, avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
- Roll into small balls and coat with cocoa powder or shredded coconut.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe avocados for a smooth texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
