Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Form dough into balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Cookies may harden slightly after cooling.
