Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, and salt.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice and garlic powder.
- Serve crispy chickpeas with guacamole on the side.
