- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Velveeta until melted.
- Add cooked fettuccine and steak to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
