- 1 3/4 cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or oil.
- Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, using about 1/2 cup of batter for each waffle.
- Close the lid and cook according to your waffle iron’s instructions, usually 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove the waffles and serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fruits, or whipped cream.
