- 4 cups Watermelon
- 2 cups Cucumber
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and diced cucumber.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
