- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
