Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.

- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or tofu.
