- 1 cup of whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour and whey protein powder.
- Add honey, coconut oil, and eggs. Stir until combined.
- Mix in baking powder and vanilla extract.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute honey with maple syrup.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
