A refreshing and crunchy coleslaw made with white cabbage and carrots, perfect for summer barbecues or as a side dish.

- 4 cups White cabbage
- 2 cups Carrots
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Celery seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded white cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seeds until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a side dish or on top of sandwiches.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped onions or bell peppers.
- This coleslaw can be made a day in advance for best results.
