A hearty and flavorful white chicken chili packed with protein and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add the shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add corn and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Can be made in a slow cooker.
