A simple and delicious white chili chicken recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, and green chilies.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir in cumin and oregano.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add jalapeños for heat.
- Top with cilantro for extra flavor.
