Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate chips and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add crushed raspberries and stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill for another 30 minutes.
