Description
A hearty chili made with wienerschnitzel for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 wienerschnitzel, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chopped wienerschnitzel.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with cornbread.
