Description

Ingredients

  • 6 jalapenos, halved and seeded

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a wonton wrapper, sealing the edges with water.
