Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Water (for boiling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add honey if using.
- Boil each bagel for 1 minute on each side.
- Place the boiled bagels on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These bagels can be frozen for later use.
- Top with your favorite spreads.
