- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, za’atar, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken legs in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy skin. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
