Ingredients

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Add cooled shrimp to the bowl.
  4. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
