Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
  5. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
