- 2 medium Zucchini (sliced into rounds or half-moons)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
- If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or paprika.
