- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black vinegar
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and shallots, cooking until golden brown.
- Stir in chili flakes, sugar, and salt.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds and black vinegar.
- Let it cool before transferring to a jar.
