A quick and flavorful Chinese beef and onion stir fry that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (sliced thin)
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, stir for 10 seconds.
- Add beef, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Slice beef thin for quick cooking.
- Use high heat for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
