- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate finely and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers, then pour it over the chocolate.
- Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add the espresso powder and butter, stirring until fully combined.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

- Use high-quality chocolate for the best taste.
- Truffles can be frozen for up to a month.
