A delicious and easy-to-make fried Nutella pancake sandwich that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 1 tbsp oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
- Pour small amounts of batter to make pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Once all pancakes are ready, spread Nutella on one pancake and top with another to make a sandwich.
- Heat a pan again, add a little butter, and fry the sandwich on both sides until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream for extra flavor.
