Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
  4. Pour small amounts of batter to make pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  5. Once all pancakes are ready, spread Nutella on one pancake and top with another to make a sandwich.
  6. Heat a pan again, add a little butter, and fry the sandwich on both sides until crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
