Description
Tender steak bites coated in garlic Parmesan sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with milk and sour cream.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Stir in butter and Parmesan until melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Let steak rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt to taste.
