Description

Tender steak bites coated in garlic Parmesan sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and mash with milk and sour cream.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Stir in butter and Parmesan until melted.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • Let steak rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
