Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
- Top with cooked steak and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
