Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully blended.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
