  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
