Ingredients

- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread melted dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour white chocolate over set dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate until completely set, about 1 hour.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- Crushed candy canes can be used instead of peppermint candies.
