  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
  • Green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add in egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Mix in green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  7. Roll dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing and decorate cookies.
  11. Add green sprinkles on top of icing.
