Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in milk and green food coloring until desired color is reached.
  7. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  8. Pour batter into greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute chocolate chips with nuts.
  • Adjust food coloring for a deeper green.
